The Business Factory plan is to implement an economic sustainable development business model based on integration of networked entreprises business. I'm working on this project since 10 years. In fact, the initial project raised issues which require to initiate another project and so forth till now. All of them have contributed to design building blocks and experiment key features of The Business Factory ! 

What The Business Factory is ? To make of the entreprise business itself to be a product. The Business Factory manufactures a product: Entreprise businesses. This product must comply with economical,  social and ecological characteristics which are selected to make the collaborative entreprise the most competitive. What makes this project unique? Its business model is based on manufacturing and trading new businesses to customers and not to provide services to develop or support their business.
  
You think you understand the concept ? Then, you know it is not an entreprise business only but also a project to make the world smarter.  That requires any entreprise or people to make use of the concept to develop its own business. This is fully part of The Business Factory development strategy. Many parts already exist, hopefully, but not as a whole. Integration of these parts into a systemic model will make it self replicable. The Business Factory will closely work with partners interested in jointly develop this new business. Early experiences has shown an enabler is required to achieve critical mass to get the project economically viable.  This enabler is a coming technology.
